Volunteer Opportunities

All of our judges should be a volunteer and unbiased party. If you should have a family member enter the pageant you will need to remove yourself as a judge from that particular pageant. We do not allow our children or immediate family to enter our pageants, although directors have no part in the judges decision. Your contact information will not be given to any contestant and you will not be required to discuss your decision with anyone outside the group of judges.

An auditor should be a volunteer and unbiased party. If you should have a family member enter the pageant you will need to remove yourself as a the auditor from that particular pageant. Your contact information will not be given to any contestant and you will not be required to discuss with anyone outside the group of judges.

This is great for young adults, or students that have an interest in public speaking, or television. You will stand at the corner of the stage behind a podium and announce the pageant and the winners. You will need to be dressed in formal wear (or a nice cocktail dress) as you will represent the entire pageant! You must be able to speak loudly and clearly. Future politicians would gain plenty of practice!

This position is open to women only as young contestants will be changing backstage. This is good for young students / women in the fashion/modeling fields. You will assist our contestants and their family backstage. You will be a saving grace with access to company supplies to assist our contestants. You'll be there with safety pins, skin tape, glue for shoes and any other dress issue. You'll help with zippers, up-keep of the dressing areas, making sure our contestants look and feel beautiful!

You will be in charge of making sure we have a smooth pageant. Your duties will consist of doing a role call prior to the walkout, ensuring the contestants are lined in order of contestant number, directing contestants from the sidelines, making sure to waive them off the stage once they approach the allotted time for their walk. This is great for someone who has a goal of working with or as a runway model or pageant queen.

This is open to any age pageant queen. Crowing hosts should wear their pageant sash and crown, regardless of title or system, while crowing our winners.
